As a component of the split ultrasonic level meter, the ultrasonic probe is an independent structure, consisting of a built-in ultrasonic sensor and an electronic unit, and leads out cables. Since the sensor signal has been processed inside the probe, and the probe transmits digital signals to the host, it has strong anti-interference ability. The maximum allowable length of the probe cable can be up to 1000 meters. Sensor materials can be selected from ABS, PVDF, and PTFE anti-corrosion materials to adapt to harsh industrial application environments. The instrument uses dynamic power control technology to constrain signal strength and beam angle, and uses unique echo scanning technology to identify real signals. The measurement is accurate, stable and reliable, and is widely used in various industrial fields.
