HLTI intrinsically safe and explosion-proof type

The electronic unit of the integrated ultrasonic level meter is integrated with the ultrasonic probe, usually installed on the upper part of the container, with a compact structure and easy installation and debugging. Sensor materials can be selected from ABS, PVDF, PTFE anti-corrosion materials to adapt to harsh industrial application environments. The instrument adopts dynamic power control technology to constrain signal strength and beam angle, and uses unique echo scanning technology to identify real signals. The measurement is accurate, stable, and reliable, and is widely used in various industrial fields.

The HLTI series intrinsically safe and explosion-proof ultrasonic level meters are in an integrated two wire form, with an explosion-proof rating of Ex ia II B T6 Ga. They are suitable for liquid level measurement in hazardous environments in industries such as petrochemicals and can provide digital communication that meets the standard of the Hart 7.3 protocol.
