The electronic unit of the integrated ultrasonic level meter is integrated with the ultrasonic probe, usually installed on the upper part of the container, with a compact structure that is easy to install and maintain. The sensor materials can be ABS, PVDF, PTFE anti-corrosion materials to adapt to harsh industrial application environments.
The instrument adopts dynamic power control technology to constrain signal strength and beam angle, and uses unique echo scanning technology to identify real signals. The measurement is accurate, stable, and reliable, and is widely used in various industrial fields.
The power supply (DC24V) and signal output (DC4-20mA) of the HLT series two wire ultrasonic level meter share a common circuit, which is a standard transmitter form and can provide digital communication that complies with the HART7.3 protocol standard. It has passed laboratory testing recognized by the HART Foundation and is technologically advanced.
